Gas Control Panels

Single-inlet pressure control panels are designed and manufactured for ease of user operation. These panels can be mounted on the wall or inside safety cabinets that house gas cylinders. The gas supply panels connect to the gas cylinders using flexible hoses. This design allows users to replace the gas cylinders easily, without the need to move the regulator.

Point of Use Regulators

This highly compact version of a pressure regulator combines, in a very small space, pressure regulation and shut-off function of gas flow. This is achieved through a successful combination of the pressure regulator parts with few extra shut-off components. Thereby reducing the pressure regulator and shut-off valve, normally as separate components, to a minimum.

Valve Box

In the event of a malfunction in the gas transmission system, repairs can be executed on the line without necessitating a complete shutdown of the system. The presence of a pressure gauge in the Valve Box enables continuous monitoring of the gas pressure at the entry points of individual rooms. This allows for the immediate detection and resolution of any issues, ensuring the system's reliability and operational efficiency.

Gas Monitoring System (ARGAS)

One of the critical issues in the central gas transmission system is ensuring a continuous gas supply. Albatech has developed ARGAS, a system that enables precise, real-time monitoring of gas supply tanks. ARGAS issues alerts for potential gas interruptions, effectively reducing the likelihood of disruptions in the central gas transmission system to zero.
